Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, you will be notified accordingly.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- The Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as customs or courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These will be clearly communicated on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply once your shipment reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do everything possible to ensure your order arrives safely, Saya Sacrée cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.
