At Saya Sacrée, every order is prepared with care and intention. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn
- Unused
- With original tags
- In the original packaging
You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants)
- Custom or personalised products
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right, your item must be returned in the same condition as received:
- Unworn
- Unused
- With original tags
- In the original packaging
- With proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
