Some names stay with you forever. For me , Santai Body & Soul is one such name. It's a brand not just dreamed up at a conference table, but born from a deep desire to care, to carry, and to heal—even when our own world was turned upside down.
The roots: From M4M Foundation to Santai
My journey began with the M4M Foundation, which I founded to help and support low-income families and to organize the well-known pampering days for mothers. At the time, we were a low-income family ourselves and had already endured our fair share of hardship. Despite caring for my family of four, I found the strength in those days to switch off and be there for others completely.
It was magical to pamper those mothers with healing, nurturing, and genuine attention. I knew: this is what I want to do, but I want more. I wanted to build a future for my family and create a place where my inner and outer beings fully converged.
A dream with its own vision
My husband and I hatched plans for a unique beauty salon. Not a standard salon, but a place for true healing. A form of therapy in our own way, where you could come for both your appearance and your soul.
When the pandemic hit, however, plans were abruptly thrown into disarray. The in-person salon was closed. But instead of giving up, my focus shifted. I realized that it wasn't just low-income mothers who needed support, but all mothers . Whether you're struggling with a busy schedule, a sick child, or the walls closing in on you, so many women completely forget themselves.
The growth towards pure spirituality
In the silence of the lockdowns, Santai began to grow into true spiritual work. I began guiding mothers remotely in their spiritual growth and helped them maintain balance within their families.
It was liberating. For the first time, I could be completely myself without being looked at strangely for my "hocus pocus." I found a community of like-minded people who, like me, believe in the power of energy and intuition. Santai became the place for down-to-earth spirituality: down-to-earth, safe, and accessible.
